Client Happiness / Admin Assistant / Startup Operations

Sprinly is an organic plant-based meal delivery startup on a mission to make it as easy as possible for others to live healthier, happier lives. We launched in the summer of 2016 in Cleveland, and we’ve been working to rapidly scale our operations. Currently, we ship our healthy meals throughout Ohio, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Indiana, Kentucky, and Chicago! In 2018, we are working on quickly expanding across the Midwest and East Coast. Within the next few years, our goal is to serve clients nationally — from San Francisco all the way to New York City.

We are looking for a hardworking, extremely driven individual who wants to help build a startup from the ground up and has a knack for client service. Client happiness is built into our mission’s core, so we’re incredibly focused on making sure we find the right person to join our team.   • Anything related to client management. This includes client emails and calls, along with website/database management (i.e. adjusting client accounts in our database, website changes, optimizing delivery routes…etc.)
  • Administrative responsibilities (scheduling, data collection and entry, audit invoices…etc.)
  • Support all other team members and departments
  • Startup projects – any and all tasks that come with growing a startup
  • Opportunity to use data and perform analyses to improve client retention and acquisition strategies
  • Possibilities and responsibilities will evolve and change as the company grows
  • Microsoft Excel experience highly preferred
  • Incredibly organized and able to manage hundreds of requests seamlessly
  • Tech-savvy & data-driven
  • Understands the culture of a startup
  • Always reliable, responsive, and willing to help whenever & wherever necessary
  • Possesses a knack for getting things done, no matter the circumstance
  • Extremely self-driven and motivated to change the world
