Sprinly is an organic plant-based meal delivery startup on a mission to make it as easy as possible for others to live healthier, happier lives. We launched in the summer of 2016 in Cleveland, and we’ve been working to rapidly scale our operations. Located in Valley View, Ohio, we currently ship our healthy meals throughout Ohio, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Indiana, Kentucky, Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, West Virginia, Virginia, Nashville, Washington D.C., and Chicago! We just launched in Massachusetts and in the next 12 months, we are working on quickly expanding even more across the East Coast. Within the next couple of years, we will open a West Coast facility and serve clients nationally — from San Francisco all the way to New York City.

  • Leading a team on the daily production schedule
  • Training and managing team members assigned to your station
  • Upholding Sprinly Standards – both in your work and your attitude
  • Leading by example
  • Maintain food safety standards
  • Track and report necessary data/info
  • Report any issues with food and/or team
  • Maintain a clean work station throughout shift
  • Keep cooler organized and ensure products are labeled correctly
  • Report and track food waste or equipment issues
  • Communicate information and changes in a friendly, professional way
  • Follow established safety, cleaning, and security procedures
  • Maintain food quality by enforcing organizational standards


  • Preferred: High School Diploma and/or Culinary Degree
  • Preferred: Experience working with commercial kitchen equipment, such as in a high volume kitchen or in catering
  • 1-2 years of commercial kitchen experience
  • Integrity and professionalism
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment & take on whatever tasks are needed in the kitchen

  • Our kitchen operates Thursday through Monday from 6 AM until 8 PM with varying shifts during those hours.
  • Newly renovated kitchen is located in Valley View
